BOUQUETTI
Notes from the Winemakers
A true expression of Northern Michigan, this blend of Pinot Noir and cherry wine is a harmonious collaboration of flavors. Slightly peppery, with hints of boysenberry and baking spices on the nose, Bouquetti opens up to a cranberry, orange and strawberry fruit‐profile that drifts over your palate. When chilled, the notes of cherry become more expressive; however, when severed at room temperature, the fruit‐forward Pinot Noir is more prominent.
Production Notes
Crafted from red wine aged in French and American oak barrels for more than two years, this wine is then blended with Montmorency and Balaton cherry wine to bring out the fruitiness and richness of both. Lots used to blend this wine were fermented with the yeasts AMH, 3001, F15 and BRL97.
